Affiliate Application
Here are just a few things that I require in order for you to be affiliates with me!
*You MUST link me on every page unless you have a page for affiliates. If this is the case please let me know in the other box.
*Please keep in touch with me! If you take a break or go on a hiatus please let me know. Comments on my blog would nice but you could also send me an e-mail every now and then.
*If you do NOT have my link on every page or your affiliates page, I will send you an e-mail letting you know that you failed my affiliate check and that you have one week to re-post my link. I will also remove your link until you re-add mine.
*If you get a new url, it is your job to let me know! You can just leave me a comment or send me an e-mail with what your old url was and what your new one is now.
